Cette attribution vise \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir pour chaque masse d'eau les mesures aptes \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les pressions et d\u00e9ficits affectant la masse d'eau et \u00e0 mener ainsi \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration de son \u00e9tat ou au maintien du bon \u00e9tat. La gamme des mesures hydromorphologiques comprend l'am\u00e9lioration de la continuit\u00e9 \u00e9cologique, la renaturation des cours d'eau ainsi que la r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit minimal.
